FULL USAGE TENANT ($950/MONTH)
This is the standard tenant package. Every tenant has 24/7 Access to the Building and all of it's Equipment. You can see full list of Equipment and Amenities at the "OUR SPACE" page. You will be assigned to a dedicated Work Station Table. We only have 15 of these type of spaces Available.
SPACE ONLY TENANT ($550/MONTH)
This Package is for tenants who simply need a clean licensed facility to produce their products but do NOT require the usage of any major kitchen equipment (i.e. Any Gas Appliance, Ovens, Cooking Equipment). Example of this type of tenant would be a Spice Company who just needs a space to mix and package their spices. Basically, you receive everything in the Full Usage Tenant Package (24/7 Access, Dedicated Work Station and Storage etc.) but are NOT ALLOWED to use any of the major cooking appliances. We only have 10 of these space available.
